COACHES
Head Coach BAHS 2002-Present Former Head Coach Memorial High School, Asst. Head Coach Oral Roberts University, Assistant Coach, Seminole Junior College. Coach Dobson graduated from Union High School. He played baseball at Seminole Junior College and the University of Oklahoma.
Assistant Varsity Coach
Assistant Varsity Coach Ross Ashley was born and raised in El Reno, OK. He graduated from El Reno High School where he was all-state honorable mention for third base and pitcher. Ross pitched 2 years at Redlands Community College in El Reno. He then went on to play for former MLB All-Stars Terry Puhl and Phil Garner at the University of Houston in Victoria Texas. Ross served as pitching coach for Redlands Community College for three years before moving to Broken Arrow.
Assistant Varsity Coach Alex Copeland played at BAHS from 2008-2012. After graduating from BA, he moved on to Fort Scott Community College. He then accepted a scholarship and finished out his playing career at Abilene Christian University in Texas. Copeland's coaching career started immediately after where he was the catching coordinator/assistant hitting coordinator for Abilene Christian for the 2017-2018 season. He coached as full time assistant at Fort Scott for the 2018 season.
JV Coach Coach Williams graduated from Broken Arrow High School. He played baseball at Eastern Oklahoma State College and Wichita State University. He also played professionally for the Milwaukee Brewers.
JV Coach Coach Willhite played baseball for Broken Arrow High School from 2003-2005. He went on to play at Northern Oklahoma in Tonkawa. He has been an assistant coach at Broken Arrow for 7 years, he is also a BAHS football coach.
Assistant JV Coach Coach McCollough played at BAHS from 2010-2014. After graduating from BA, he went on to play at Fort Scott Community College. After Fort Scott, he received a scholarship to ORU. When his playing career was over, Ryan graduated with a Bachelors of Science from UCO. His coaching career began in 2021.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Coach Dalton is originally from Dallas, TX. He received his Masters of Science degree at Harding University. He has led and coached many players at Southern Methodist University, Jesuit Dallas High School, Abilene Christian University, and the University of Tulsa, before making his way to Broken Arrow High School to serve and mentor young athletes.
